Deposits & Cancellation Policy (including failure to show up for an appointment)
Due to being a small business we have a strict cancellation and failure to show up for an appointment policy
Deposits are taken on all massages . Appointments are not confirmed until deposits are received, therefore your timeslot remain available for another client to book.
30 mins - £10
1 hour & 90 mins £20
2 hours - £40
Cancellation 48+ hours - refund of deposit
Cancellation 24-48 hours - deposit transferred to another appointment
Cancellation less than 24 hours - loss of deposit regardless of circumstances
Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a 50% charge of the appointment value.
